The coin bears the Dan Thorne effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary denomination.With uniquely Australian artwork, the coin portrays whimsical representations of an emu, koala and
kangaroo in vibrant colour. The joyful illustration also features a lavishly decorated birthday cake and
colourful confetti. As well as the inscription ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’, the design includes The Perth Mint’s ‘P’
