2024 Christmas Stamp and Coin Cover. Showcasing our beautiful native animals, this stamp & coin cover features 3 stamps with images of a kookaburra, kangaroo and koala all dressed up for a Christmas celebration down under.

Released as Australian legal tender, the uncirculated aluminium bronze coin is housed in a beautifully designed
card with a circular window revealing the coin’s reverse and obverse designs.

DESIGN

The stamp and coin cover features an illustrated envelope
depicting a Koala sitting on a eucalyptus branch, all dressed up for Christmas. It includes two Australian 65-cent stamps portraying a kookaburra and a kangaroo and a three-dollar stamp portraying a koala opening its present. There are two special postmarks: MERRYLANDS NSW 2160.

The coin’s reverse features a playful koala in a Christmas
stocking, surrounded by Australian native greenery. Also
included in the reverse design are ‘P125’ mintmark,
signifying The Perth Mint’s 125th anniversary, and the 2024
year-date.

The coin’s obverse bears the Dan Thorne effigy of His
Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary denomination.

OFFICIAL AUSTRALIA POST STAMP

Affixed to the envelope are three official Australia Post stamps. The stamps are postmarked for the first day of issue and the envelope includes Australia Post’s Seal of Authenticity.
