Issued to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of the Duyfken's exploration of Australia

Royal Australian Mint has released the 'GZ' mintmark on the $5 unc coin stands for Groot Zuydtlandt “Unknown Southern Land” and was the name given to Australia when the Duyfken made the first historical charting of our great Australian Coast in 1606.

This coin comes in full colour innovative packaging that doubles as a great display box and also flat packs.
